Terms and condition:

1. Server purchaser's/clients's are responsible for all files transfered to and from the purchaser's/clients's server/s.

Quadeye reserveves the right to close down ftp access/close down the server/s of any purchaser's/clients's using the server/s to upload and/or download Illegal, Pornographic and all non game related materials/files.

2. Server purchaser's/clients are responsible for the content on their server/s, any and all illegal content is the responsibility of the server purchaser's/client's.

Quadeye reserves the right to close down any server that contains Illegal or Pornographic material.

3. Server purchaser's/client's are responsible for the behaviour of gamers/players/users on their server/s. Server purchaser's/operator's are liable for any actions that happen on their server/s.

Quadeye recommends that you lock your server/s while you are not in it, to prevent liability.

Quadeye does not administrate your server/s and cannot be held responsible for anything that happens in any hired server/s.

4. Server purchaser's/client's must be 15+ years of age. Buy purchasing a Quadeye Server/s you are agreeing that you are over the age of 15 or accompanied by an adult guardian or parent and have the permission of an adult guardian or parent.

5. Server purchaser's/client's are responsible for making sure that all gamers/players/users in their server/s are over the age of 15 or accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

6. Abusing Quadeye Staff will result in loss of support from Quadeye.

7. Quadeye Reserves the right to close down/restart/lock/delete/modify/copy any server/files at any time.

8. There are no refunds once an order is placed and paid for.

9. Quadeye reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions at anytime without notice.
